We’re excited to announce that in the recently published G2 2024 Winter Reports, BetterCloud has been ranked a Leader in more than 30 grids. Continuous updates and innovations

This year, we have committed our time to making meaningful improvements and enhancements to Workflow configurability, integrations, and platform extensibility. Since the release of the last G2 reports in the Fall, we’ve made multiple new updates available to all BetterCloud customers, including:

  • If/ Else Branching in our Dynamic Workflows updates that gives IT teams the tools to create new types of automations like custom application requests – or use branching to combine multiple workflows into one. 
  • Custom Attributes for Google Workspace as well as for Okta and Bamboo HR making it easier to trigger off of custom fields like subdepartment, region, personal email, LinkedIn profile, github username, etc. 
  • New integrations and actions with Adobe, Hubspot, Kandji and more 
  • Upgrades to the Workflow Engine and the Database Migrations, and release testing procedures have yielded performance improvements of 4x through August and into the Fall. 

The pace of the team has been incredible and the value we’re able to share with our customers has been inspiring. With even more coming in January and into 2024, we’re thankful for the support of all of our customers and the recognition from G2.
