Is it possible to share a ‘canned response’ within a google apps account so that a number of users can use the same response?

    If so, how?

Unfortunately, no. Because Canned Responses is a Gmail Lab there is limited functionality.

I added a signature to my gmail. When I add a canned response, it also adds a signature, so now there are two signatures. How to avoid?
