1. Navigate to Google Calendar

2. Create a new calendar event, and invite attendees

  • Click the time of day you want to schedule the event for
  • Enter an event title
  • To add guests – click edit event, then add guests
  • You can also add a location or frequency of meeting time

3. Tip – Multiple Calendars

  • You can have multiple calendars (you can create new calendars under “My Calendars” on the left hand side)
  • To specify what calendar the event will be assigned to, select the appropriate calendar in the drop-down
