During its I/O conference in June, Google announced Drive for Work. This new program will help organizations fully utilize the features that Google Drive has to offer.

  • Share files up to 5 TB with collaborators
  • Access to Google Apps for Business which includes the full suite of Drive programs, Sites, Calendar, Hangouts, Google+, and more.
  • Powerful and easy tools to manage users, set sharing permissions, and advanced audit and reporting. With the use of third party tools like our favorite security and management app BetterCloud, you are able gain more control and insight to your domain’s Drive.
  • 24/7 support from Google via phone, chat, and email
  • Easily switch between personal and work accounts while keeping your data secured

When Google Drive should be utilized

Google Drive may not be suitable for all organizations, but some will find it essential to their daily operations. Drive is beneficial when utilized in the following situations:
