School of Rock and FlashPanel

When America’s  largest after school music program decided to move to Google Apps (check out our Google Apps migration guides) earlier this year Jonathan Frankel, the school’s information systems manager, realized installing a robust Google Apps management tool was a must. To manage over 10,000 students and 100 schools, School of Rock installed FlashPanel on their domain and since installing, has been able to:

– Replace their use of APIs with FlashPanel’s inbox delegation feature
– Streamline the Google Groups management process
– Add users to multiple Groups at the same time
