IT Agent

The IT Agent allows you to use natural language to interact with your SaaS environment. 

Ask questions, initiate actions, and execute changes across Google Workspace (without navigating multiple admin consoles). The IT agent is human-in-the-loop by design where every action requires explicit approval before anything executes. 

Plus multiple agents can run in parallel across different tasks, and Magic Undo enables safe rollback when needed. Accidentally executed a multi-step workflow for the wrong user? Just ask to reverse it and The IT agent will.

IT Cockpit

The IT Cockpit is a high-level view of your SaaS environment built for quick situational awareness. Basically this is aggregated insights across Google Workspace and spend optimization, including health scores, file security posture, risk signals, and usage trends, so operators and leaders can see what matters without inspecting a dozen systems.

Data Explorer

Query your environment in plain language instead of exporting reports or navigating dashboards. Data Explorer surfaces structured, tabular answers across Google Workspace data, including Drive and Shared Drive permissions, as well as spend optimization data.

Data Explorer is also where you can create new reports and run previously curated reports. Reports can be customized to be run at a specific frequency, scheduled, and previewed all within the report builder.

Activity Hub

The Activity Hub acts as a centralized system of record for everything that happens in the platform. Every user action, IT Agent recommendation, approval, and executed change are all captured along with system-generated events that provide environmental context. 

Designed to support audit, compliance, and internal review without adding work to your team’s plate. And token usage monitoring and metering are built in.

Agent governance

AI agents are proliferating faster than most IT teams can track them. BetterCloud surfaces every agent operating in your environment, who deployed it, what permissions it holds, and what it’s doing, so you’re not governing a SaaS environment with a blind spot the size of your AI footprint.

From sanctioned agents your team deployed to ones that slipped in through individual app connections, Agent Governance gives IT the visibility to see what’s there and the controls to decide what stays.

Calendar policies

Think about everything you can already do with signature and password policies. Now apply that same logic to calendars.
