It’s that time of year again! Our annual customer summit, Altitude, will be held October 2-4 in Denver, Colorado this year.
Altitude isn’t like most IT conferences. We purposely keep it small — attendance is capped at 125 people — so that it stays intimate and personal. Attendees will explore the increased impact IT has on organizations, collaborate on technical strategies, and define today’s best practices.
This is what attendees told us after last year’s Altitude conference:
- “I heard a lot of ideas I’m going to bring back to my company.”
- “I enjoyed the mixture of technical talks and soft skill talks. IT is moving to be more customer focused, and I love that BetterCloud recognized there are layers to being a person in technology.”
- “I loved the size of the event. I found it easy to connect and network with peers and share our experiences.”
Here are five reasons you can’t miss Altitude this year:
1. You won’t get sold to
We keep Altitude sponsor-free, partner-free, and reseller-free. This event isn’t about sales pitches. It’s about having candid, meaningful conversations with your peers without any distractions or hidden motives.
2. Your vote counts
Not only will you get to see our confidential roadmap at Altitude, but you’ll also have a chance to directly impact it. You’ve helped us get to where we are today by giving us feedback and shaping our product. So tell us: What features and integrations do you want to see in BetterCloud? As always, we’ll build and prioritize new features based on your feedback and use cases.
[Update: Last year, Activity-based Alerts was the #1 requested product feature at Altitude. Based on that feedback, we built it. In June we released activity-based alerts for Okta and Dropbox, and last month we did the same for G Suite. You’ll continue to shape our roadmap again at Altitude 2018.]
3. There’s no other event like this for the modern IT community
Altitude is a unique conference. We bring together 125 of the brightest minds in IT — like-minded, forward-thinking IT professionals who all work with the same SaaS technology and face the same challenges. Like most conferences, we’ll have keynotes from industry experts. But unlike most conferences, there will be interactive peer discussions and panels so that you can all learn from each other. This is a rare opportunity to talk to your peers and learn how other modern IT orgs are run, discuss common challenges, and share best practices.
4. You’ll learn how to get the most out of BetterCloud
Our product experts will be on-site to help you leverage the full potential of BetterCloud. You’ll get in-person support from BetterClouders who know the product inside and out. But don’t just lean on us for tips. Many attendees love comparing BetterCloud use cases with each other and discovering new workflows.
5. There will be limited edition swag (and other surprises)
Okay, we don’t want to brag, but we’ve been told our hoodies are amazingly comfortable:
Okay, @BetterCloud, I have to hand it to you. Your hoodies are as soft as
wait for it

All Altitude attendees will be receiving lots of our beloved swag (limited edition). We’ll have plenty of other fun surprises in store too.
