Today we are proud to announce new enhancements to our contract concierge service in the contract management module. Now BetterCloud can process your contracts even faster, allowing you to gain full visibility into every software contract in your tech stack.

What is the contract concierge service?

To fuel the powerful spend management insights within BetterCloud, your software contracts are ingested directly inside the platform.

You have the option to upload contracts yourself, or you can take advantage of our contract concierge service where our team will input the contract data on your behalf. Saving you the time and effort of manual uploads.

Traditionally this service was a dedicated team of full time employees that would analyze the contract data and input your data directly into the platform. Now we have added artificial intelligence to expedite this process.

This enhancement to the contract concierge service offers BetterCloud customers the best of both worlds: human expertise and AI efficiency.

What are the stages of contract uploads?

Upon submission to BetterCloud, contract documents enter an AI queue. During this phase, artificial intelligence extracts critical data points such as contract start and end dates, contract owner, contracted amount, etc. 

After, the BetterCloud contract concierge team conducts a thorough review of the AI’s parsed data. This human-in-the-loop approach ensures a high level of confidence in data accuracy while leveraging AI’s speed.

Once validated by BetterCloud, contracts transition to an active status and become eligible for renewal evaluation.

The duration of this process is on average 5 business days; however, the number and content of contracts submitted may affect the processing time.
