Zoom full integration and additional enhancements

BetterCloud continues to innovate on our products to best support your growing business. We are thrilled to announce the general availability of full integration with Zoom in the platform. Additionally, we’ve improved our SaaSOps Report file remediation experience and the “wait for approval” action experience.  Learn more about all the features below:

New Features

Zoom full integration:

With this full integration, customers can gain visibility on their Zoom users through the User Grid and User 360, and get to Zero touch IT with automated Zoom provisioning. Optimize SaaS spend by automatically reclaiming licenses when your users haven’t logged in within a specified time. The “delete user” action also allows IT to transfer Zoom meetings and recordings to an employee’s former manager in a more secure and efficient fashion.

Here is a full list of 26 actions that BetterCloud customers can include in their workflows:

SaaSOps Report File Remediation – Remove External Users:

  • Balance security and productivity goals by targeting a single unwanted external collaborator to remove from a file instead of removing all external collaborators who may need access.
  • Works for Google, DropBox, and Box

The “Wait for Approval” Html enhancement:

With this enhancement to the “Wait for Approval” workflow step, customers can further customize how emails look to their respective end users. The addition of HTML as a body option enables professional looking, branded emails that draw end user attention to the most pertinent information. Changing the button labels from “Approve” and “Decline” to whatever makes sense for their process maximizes likelihood that their ultimate end users will select the right option.

  • New option for“ html” as the body type
  • New option to customize the “Approve” and “Reject” button labels
