Salesforce and Office 365 Actions

New actions are now available for your Salesforce and Office 365 Connectors in BetterCloud, which will expand vital user management options to include licenses and roles:

Office 365

Assign License – This action adds a license to a user account in Office 365.

Remove License – This action removes a license from a user account in Office 365.

Salesforce

Add User to Permission Set – This action adds a user to a permission set in Salesforce.

Remove User from Permission Set – This action removes a user from a permission set in Salesforce.
