Advanced Alerts

Alerts in BetterCloud have been enhanced to provide a consistent experience throughout our app, and to help you to more efficiently manage security concerns, redundancies, and routine admin tasks across your organization.

Alerts is now comprised of three sections: Triggered Alerts, the Alerts Manager, and Suggest an Alert. Both Triggered Alerts and the Alerts Manager are now presented in a grid format, to support granular filtering and sorting. Alert suggestions can now be submitted from anywhere in the app.

The BetterCloud user interface displays a main menu on the left sidebar with options such as Alerts, Directory, Files, and Workflows. A search bar is located at the top of the screen for easy navigation. The layout is organized and streamlined for efficient access to various administrative functions within the platform.

Alerts can also now be cloned, and all system alerts that are native to BetterCloud can be customized with unique conditions, allowing you to create alerts that are truly specific to your domain.
