New “Create” Actions Across Connectors

A selection of new “Create [entity]” actions have been released in BetterCloud. These actions build on our existing suite of Connectors, and expand their “Create” functionality in BetterCloud to include a new set of SaaS objects, such as groups, Org Units, and channels.

These actions are now available under the appropriate Connector listing in the “Actions” dropdown menu, and in the “Then” section of the Workflow Builder’s library. Please see below for the complete list of actions included in this release:

Dropbox

Create Group: This action creates a group in Dropbox.

Create Team Folder: This action creates a team folder in Dropbox.

G Suite

Create Group: This action creates a group in G Suite.

Create Org Unit: This action creates an Org Unit in G Suite.

Slack

Create Channel: This action creates a channel in Slack.

Create User Group: This action creates a user group in Slack.

Zendesk

Create Group: This action creates a group in Zendesk.

Create Organization: This action creates an organization in Zendesk.
