As set forth in the BetterCloud Main Subscription Agreement, the below defines the Service available to you as a BetterCloud customer.

Data Loss Protection Add-on to User Automation includes:

> Automated Remediation: Alerts for file activity and violations of your internal policies. Identify and take action on policy violations for users and files.

Our Services must be used in accordance with Our user guides located in Our Help Center, and other documentation that We make available to You.

AI After Hours Support: On weeknights from 7pm-10am ET and weekends, interactions with our in-app support widget will be supported by an AI chat Assistant (Olark). Customer support representatives are available upon request from 7pm-8pm and 9am-10am ET and are the first point of contact from 10am-7pm ET. Please don’t share personal information as an input with the AI After Hours assistant. If you want to message a support representative directly, please send an email to support@bettercloud.com.
