To empower people to run the world's best workplaces through technology

BetterCloud is the first SaaS Operations Management platform, empowering IT to define, remediate, and enforce management and security policies for SaaS applications. Over 2,500 customers in 60+ countries rely on BetterCloud for continuous event monitoring, quickly remediating threats, and fully automating policy enforcement. BetterCloud is headquartered in New York City with an engineering office in Atlanta, GA.

Since 2011, SaaS is now trusted by everyone from startups to Fortune 500s, with many companies implementing cloud-only strategies. And SaaS isn’t just used for email and collaboration – organizations are now running all their mission critical functions (HR, Finance, etc) and storing their most sensitive data on SaaS applications. The driving force behind our work is to ensure that organizations get the transformative value and benefits of adopting SaaS applications, while ensuring IT has complete control over the environment and can serve as an enabler for their organization. As the market has changed, so have we. The first generation of our product was focused exclusively on managing and securing G Suite and was the catalyst for our growth to 2500+ customers all over the world, making BetterCloud the defacto solution for G Suite administrators. In early 2017, we introduced the second generation of our platform to the market. BetterCloud now empowers IT professionals to manage and secure a number of best in breed SaaS applications and is adding support for new applications regularly.

Our team is made up of some of the foremost experts on SaaS who are passionate about helping IT transition successfully to the age of the digital workplace. We’ve produced some of the most in depth research on the SaaS market, run the largest daily newsletters of modern IT professionals with the Monitor, and have over 2000 IT professionals in our Slack community.

We’re passionate about what we do and operate based on three simple but powerful guiding principles that have driven the kinds of people we hire, how we treat our customers, and the way we interact with each other.

  • Always Strive to Delight
  • Work Hard with a Sense of Purpose
  • Enjoy the Journey and Learn From It
