Actions on Detail Pages in BetterCloud

Our menu of actions is now available on user and group profile flyout tabs, in addition to our directory grids. Full page selections from our directory grids can now also be made, on which to take actions. Please see below for more information!

  • User Directory: when selecting a user from the Users List and viewing their profile and associated information in the User 360 flyout tab, the “Actions” menu is now available in the top bar of the app. Actions selected and executed will only apply to the user you are viewing:

A user list table displaying nine entries with columns for names, email addresses, associated applications, and statuses. Three users have a status labeled "Suspended," while six users show an "Active" status. The "Suspended" users are indicated with noticeable red text, and the "Active" users are in green text. Each row contains detailed information connecting each user's profile to specific applications they have access to. The table is organized in a clear and structured format for easy readability and quick reference.

  • Group Directory: when selecting a group from the Groups List and viewing its information in the Group Detail flyout tab, the “Actions” menu is now available in the top bar of the app. Actions selected and executed will only apply to the group you are viewing:

A Groups List interface displaying various groups and channels with columns for their names, applications (such as Slack and Google), types (Channel or Group), and member counts. The layout presents the data in a tabular format, making it easy to compare different groups. Each row contains an icon representing the application, followed by the type classification and number of members associated with each group or channel.

  • User and Group Directories: A check box at column header level will now allow you to select the full list of results on the page you are viewing, in order to take actions on entities in bulk:

A user list displayed on an admin panel includes columns for names, emails, applications, and account statuses. Several rows show user accounts with names and corresponding email addresses. The "Applications" column lists various application names associated with each user. The "Status" column indicates the current state of each account; some are labeled as "Suspended," while others are marked as "Active.
