Google unveiled some new changes in the Gmail and Google Calendar apps on iOS–and the biggest overhaul of the Gmail app in four years includes the much-requested “Undo Send” feature. Microsoft announced that Access is now included in the Office 365 Business and Business Premium plans. Zendesk introduced Zendesk Explore, a new analytics product.
