Dropbox introduced a few updates, like a new viewer info feature that allows you to see who on your team has viewed your shared files and when. Dropbox Paper also removed its beta label and released new features, like the ability to assign due dates when you make task lists and more.
For Dropbox Business users, there is a new Smart Sync feature that lets users see all their files and folders right from their desktop, whether they’re stored in the cloud or synced locally. Admins can also decide whether new content on managed devices starts out cloud-only or synced.
Finally, Zendesk added nine new apps and integrations to the Zendesk Apps Marketplace this month. They are described as a “mixture of powerful and playful” and “can help you foster better customer relationships and inspire employees to have fun while working hard.”
