Today we’ve got two updates–one from Google and one from Microsoft.
Technology is about connecting people, and Google wants you to connect with people via Google Maps. It’s an interesting idea with some real use cases. Google cites the tool as being helpful when people ask questions like: “‘Where are you now?’ and ‘What’s your ETA?'”
As for Microsoft’s update, the company is launching BI custom visuals. “Users will be able to easily discover and quickly download BI visualizations that interact with data to find key insights and drive important business decisions.”
