< 1 minute read

Starting February 8, 2017, Gmail will no longer support Chrome Browser version 53 and below. Gmail users that are still on Windows XP and Windows Vista are the most likely to be affected.
Also, on the heels of the recent launch of Slack Enterprise Grid, there’s a new Freshservice-Slack integration that will be available for larger organizations. This integration helps IT teams in large organizations by allowing users to easily create a ticket from a Slack conversation, seamlessly manage incidents from start to finish within the app, and meet the rising expectations of employees.
