The SaaS updates are abundant today, so let’s get to it. Asana announced pre-made templates, an easy way to create new projects with workflows that have been set up for you. There’s also a brand new Box iOS app, which the Box team says has been “completely re-built on our iOS mobile SDKs and has a brand new user experience that makes it easier for you to be productive from anywhere.”

DocuSign announced the DocuSign Winter ‘17 Release, which has new capabilities that empower key industries such as Financial Services and Insurance. Dropbox introduced mobile offline folders, a new premium feature that lets you keep working from your phone no matter where you are. Dropbox also published a closer look at how Dropbox Business customers can use new tools to gain more more visibility and control over the way company info is accessed and shared in Dropbox Paper.

Google rolled out an update for the Google app on Android (don’t worry iOS users–it’s coming your way soon) to keep you organized. Now your cards will be organized into two sections: a feed that keeps you current on your interests like sports, news, and entertainment, and a section for your upcoming personal info, like flights, appointments and more.

Insightly announced a new “Opportunity Stage Probability” improvement to automatically update the “Probability of Winning” field when an opportunity reaches those stages. And finally, Zendesk announced the general availability of Text, a feature of Zendesk Talk that makes it easy for customer service teams to support their customers via SMS.
