SaaS Updates for December 21, 2016

Microsoft published a roundup of December updates to Office 365 apps, including new accessibility updates and more. Good news for our friends north of the border: Box Zones is now generally available in Canada. Box has expanded its reach to Montreal so Canadian organizations can now address their data privacy and data residency concerns as they move to the cloud. And finally, Zendesk shared a new eBook called “Getting Started with Zendesk Talk,” which covers topics like aligning your phone support setup with your team’s support goals and strategy, setting up your environment network for optimal performance, and more.
