Recent feature updates in Asana and Zenefits are included in today’s update. Office 365 steps up the malware and spam awareness for Office 365 users and Google makes scrolling easier for iOS users.

Scroll quickly through Google Docs on your iPhone or iPad – A new scrolling feature is available for iOS devices. On an iPhone or iPad, you can use a new scroll button to look through a lengthy Google Doc. It works similarly to the Google Outline tool. The scroll button recognizes headers or emphasized text. You’re able to jump through sections of your document quickly, and on-the-go with this mobile feature.

Email Safety Tips in Office 365 – Over the next few weeks, Office 365 is rolling out Safety Tips in Exchange Online Protection. These tips will appear in the top of an email message and indicate if the message is Suspicious, Unknown, Trusted, or Safe. All tips are color coded depending on their meaning and serve as helpful reminders to always be mindful of the all-to-often spam and malware attacks.

Dropbox has released stable build 3.18.1.

New Features Available in the Zenefits Administrator Dashboard – As an administrator, it’s important to be able to access many accounts on Zenefits. Now, administrators only have to use one login to access multiple accounts. A second update to the dashboard enables administrators to get a head start on the I-9 verification process. Once an employee provides his or her citizenship status on the Eligibility Verification section on the onboarding process, administrators can begin their side of the process.

My Dashboard and Advanced Search Improvements Now Available in Asana – As part of an improvement week at Asana, the development team released some exciting features that in the past, have been popular requests. In My Dashboard, you are now able to keep pulse of projects by sorting them by the color you’ve assigned them, due date, or alphabetically based of the name of a project. You can even customize how you want to organize their layout by dragging and dropping.  In Advanced Search, you can use keywords like “within the next X days” to search for tasks and conversations that fall within a certain date range.
