Extended Support Hours

BetterCloud Support has officially extended hours of availability for Live Chat, so that we can more efficiently assist our customers in additional timezones.

BetterCloud Support is now available from 9am – 8pm ET Monday through Friday, via the in-app Live Chat tab. Support can also be reached anytime, including outside of these hours, by opening a new support request.
