Updating things is easier when you can do it all at once. So why does the Google Apps Admin console only allow you to update one group at a time? If you were looking for an easier way, look no further.

Using a third-party integration you can export all of your groups to a spreadsheet and edit them from there. This not only gives you a great bird’s eye view of all the groups on your domain along with their settings but it makes the update process much less tedious. Today we tried out both the Admin console method and the spreadsheet method for making changes to a domain’s groups. Take a look and judge for yourself.
