The experience of working remotely has never been easier thanks to Google Apps and the collaboration tools that come with it. However, if you’re an IT or Google Apps Admin, its hard to replicate the experience of supporting a user in person.

The Remote Desktop app in Google Hangouts allows you to take control over someone’s computer (with their permission, of course) so you can walk a user through a task, or just provide some basic support.
