Prevent Third Party Apps From Accessing User Data in Office 365

While recent developments with the Office 365 API have opened up the possibilities for other applications to integrate with O365, admins may wish to limit their users from third party app access.

Controlling consent to third-party apps for your tenant can be configured in Azure AD, following these steps:

  1. From the admin center, select Azure AD.
  2. Select your domain if it’s not yet selected.
  3. Click CONFIGURE.
  4. In the integrated applications section, click NO next to USERS MAY GIVE APPLICATIONS PERMISSION TO ACCESS THEIR DATA.
