As of April 18th there’s a new Google Apps Control Panel for new Google Apps customers. Existing Google Apps customers should begin to see this update in mid-May.

There are no new features, but this is a great redesign from a user experience perspective. It’s much more simple, customizable, and easier to navigate than the old Control Panel.
