1. Navigate to Calendar.
- Log into Gmail, click Calendar at top of page
- Or go to http://calendar.google.com
2. Click on a particular calendar on the left hand side of the screen that you would like to publish.
3. Click on the arrow next to the calendar, then click on calendar settings.
- Go to top of page and click on “Share this Calendar.” Make sure “Share this calendar with others” is checked, and then click “Make this calendar public.” You can edit specific options about who can see your specific parts of the calendar under the drop down menu next to “Make this calendar public.”
4. To get the URL to share the calendar, go to “Calendar Details” main link at the top, then go to “Calendar Address” and click on the blue “HTML” button for a link that can be copied and pasted into emails.
