How to Edit PDFs in Word 2013/2016

We’ve talked about exporting or saving a Word doc as a PDF file, but what if you have an existing PDF that you want to edit? You can openĀ up a PDF in Word 2013/2016 if you need to make simple edits.

Start by simply opening the PDF in Word. You’ll see a dialog box warning you that the conversion may take awhile:

The PDF will then appear as an editable document. After you’ve made your changes, you can save as a PDF or keep it saved as a Word doc.
