Keeping track of what your users are sending and receiving via Gmail is important for any domain. Unfortunately, Google’s Admin Console does not have a built in way to track the content of your users’ inboxes, leaving admins with nothing short of asking a user for their password if they want to take a look.

Using the 3rd party app, BetterCloud (formerly FlashPanel), Admins can now monitor the sent and received emails of their end users and review them to ensure the content is appropriate or store them for auditing purposes. This video will walk you through the steps of setting up this lifesaver of a feature on your domain.
