You might not know what every button is in Gmail just by looking at it unless you hover over the icon and see the text. Easily change the icons to appear as text in your Settings.

1. Go to the gear icon in Gmail and select ‘Settings’.
2. Under the ‘General Tab’ find the ‘Buttons labels’ section.
3. Turn on ‘Text’ and click on ‘Save Changes’.
