Sometimes your PowerPoint presentation is so incredible that you want the entire world to watch it. Well, they can! Here’s how to broadcast your PowerPoint presentation online so that people everywhere can watch in real time (and also download your slides, if you’d like).

• In PowerPoint, go up to the Slide Show tab > Present Online.
• You’ll get a message letting you know that you need a Microsoft account to use Microsoft’s broadcast service. You’ll also see a check box asking if you want to enable remote viewers to download the presentation.
• When you click on connect, PowerPoint will generate a link. From here, you can either copy the link to share however you want, or you can email the link.
