“I’m not getting any of my new emails!”

No one wants to have to make this complaint, and admins hate to hear it. Service disruptions can cripple the productivity of a business, so it’s vital that admins stay informed and up-to-date on anything that might get in the way of their users’ activity.

Fortunately, the Office 365 admin center displays service health information right on the dashboard. Clicking through to the “details and history” section allows you to dig deeper into various O365 services, see status reports for the past week or the past 30 days, and get more information from Microsoft if there has in fact been a service incident.
