Two years ago we launched BetterCloud in the Google Apps Marketplace and just eight months prior, we founded BetterCloud. Over the past two-and-a-half years, we’ve grown to a team of 75 and have built a customer base of more than 40,000 organizations spread across the globe. Throughout this rapid growth, we’ve never lost sight of our mission – always put the customer first. To thank our customers and emphasize this mission going forward, blog content over the next month will focus on our commitment to providing a world-class customer experience. To keep up to date, be sure to subscribe to the BetterCloud Monitor.
Since its founding in 2006, media and entertainment powerhouse BuzzFeed, has run on Google Apps. The messaging and collaboration suite is not only a key component of the company’s IT infrastructure, but enables employees to connect and collaborate in real-time all over the world. To ease administrative tasks and bring added security, Justine Bienkowski, the company’s IT Team Lead, turned to BetterCloud and has since come to rely on the application, especially features like:
- Bulk update capabilities for Google Groups
- Password policies
- User offboarding workflow
- Third-party application monitoring
In addition to BetterCloud’s broad feature set, customer service has played a huge role in the company’s continued use of and satisfaction with BetterCloud… but, don’t take our word for it. Check out the video above to see for yourself.
