There were a few big updates this past week in the SaaS world. Google introduced Google Cloud Search (formerly known as Springboard), a new product which “uses machine intelligence to provide a unified search experience across G Suite.” Also, Google Slides users, rejoice: You can now insert Drive videos in Slides, in addition to videos from YouTube. Huzzah!
Trello added offline support for mobile, which means you can now do everything in Trello without being connected to a wireless network. And JIRA Service Desk released an integration with xMatters, a toolchain communication platform, to help automate and standardize incident management processes for IT teams.
Plus, we saw additional updates from Office 365, Box, Evernote, and Salesforce Developers.
