So what happened this past week in the SaaS world?

G Suite rolled out a new Transfer tool for unmanaged users, making it easier for admins to resolve conflicting accounts, in addition to a new admin privilege that makes it easier to manage custom templates in Google Docs, Sheets, Slides, and Forms. It also introduced the ability to link to specific cell ranges in Google Sheets on the web.

Office 365 introduced several new capabilities to help you stay ahead of threats, like a new security analytics tool called Office 365 Secure Score, plus more. It also announced the publication of new developer templates that extend Skype for Business as a platform for virtual healthcare (without requiring an Office 365 subscription).

Box released a new integration with Adobe Sign that lets you start the digital signature process from the Box document preview page.

And finally, if you want to find out what’s new in Zendesk, they’ve announced that they’re hosting a 60-minute webinar on Thursday, Feb. 23, to walk users through all of its product updates in the last quarter. You’ll learn all about the new features in Support, Help Center, Chat, Talk, and Message.
