It was a busy week in the SaaS universe. Google rolled out new updates to Google+, Drive, and the Admin console, as well as an integration between Chrome and Hangouts. Microsoft announced enhancements in Outlook on the web and SharePoint Online team sites in Office 365. Zendesk, HipChat, Insightly, Dropbox, JIRA Service Desk, Freshdesk, and Box also had new updates.
