SaaS Updates for November 22, 2016
< 1 minute read

Calling all ye who want to be early adopters for Google Team Drives: Google is now accepting applications for the Early Adopter Program. (What is Team Drives? They are “shared spaces where teams can store their files and guarantee that every member has the most up-to-date information, no matter the time or place.”) In other news, Microsoft is releasing its first significant update to Office Online Server, and it’s also releasing updates for SharePoint Server 2016 BI. Insightly announced the ability to SmartMerge Leads and Contacts, getting rid of pesky duplicates, and SugarCRM announced that it’s now Privacy Shield certified. Finally, Zendesk announced that users can sign up to Zendesk Support with their Microsoft account (work, school, or personal) to simplify the registration process and login experience.
