Google announced Training for Google Apps, a new training resource available to all Google Apps organizations. Microsoft released several accessibility enhancements on the Sway web and Windows apps, and also published a July roundup of new OneNote capabilities.

Announcing Training for Google Apps – Whether you’ve just gone Google or have been using Google Apps for years, IT departments always have a need to train new users and keep them up to date on the latest technologies. In a perfect world, each employee would have helpful IT staff by their side to guide them every step of the way, but that’s not always possible, nor is it really practical. That’s why Google is excited to announce Training for Google Apps, the newest training resource available to all Google Apps organizations.

Sway accessibility milestones – The Sway team has been working on several features to help users with vision, mobility and cognitive impairments use Sway in their personal and work lives. All of the following enhancements are now available on the Sway web and Windows apps.

OneNote July roundup – This month the OneNote team is pleased to release new capabilities to enhance inking, clipping content from the web and working with others.
