G Suite launched a new Transfer tool for unmanaged users, making it easier for admins to resolve conflicting accounts. What’s a conflicting account, you ask? It’s when a user has a personal Google account with the same email address as their G Suite account. (This usually happens if your organization recently switched to G Suite.) As an admin, you can now view all personal Google accounts with email addresses that match the G Suite email addresses for your organization. You can then send emails to them and request that they convert their personal accounts to G Suite accounts.
