Today, we have the most significant announcement in BetterCloud history. For two years, BetterCloud has undergone a ground-up reconstruction to build a platform that is purpose-built for IT management in the age of the SaaS-Powered Workplace. Today we are proud to announce our new unified SaaS management platform and integrations with our technology partners: G Suite, Slack, Dropbox, and Zendesk–with more to come in early 2017. In other news, Google has just improved its recent Explore feature. How? Now in Google Docs, you can easily cite findings and insert citations as footnotes with the click of a button. You can even switch between the MLA, APA, and Chicago styles. Microsoft published an in-depth look at how to discover and use new accessibility capabilities built into Office 365. ServiceNow is soon releasing a new version of ServiceNow (code named Istanbul) with exciting new features.
