What’s in a name? Google Keyboard on Android has a new name: Gboard. It has Glide Typing, voice typing, GIFs, emojis, and Google Search built in, plus multilingual typing to help you switch languages on the fly.
Microsoft published a new Office 365Â ProPlus Deployment guide. Created for IT pros by Office 365 deployment experts, it’s available for download at fasttrack.microsoft.com and features actionable guidance and real-world scenarios.
Evernote published a letter from CEO Chris O’Neill outlining an action plan and what they’ll be doing to meet users’ expectations in the future. Salesforce announced a new data partner on the AppExchange: Bombora. As a provider of B2B intent data, Bombora delivers buying signals that can be automatically matched and added to the account records in your CRM.
Zendesk announced a new and improved version of Link-SF, which is a mobile-first web app that connects needy members of the community with services and resources such as food, shelter, and medical aid. Zendesk launched Link-SF back in 2014 as a collaboration between Zendesk and a local non-profit, the St. Anthony Foundation’s Tenderloin Technology Lab.
