Gmail is rolling out new features that make bounce messages and message headers easier to read and understand (think user-friendlier text, translations, and easy-to-read formatting). Microsoft released some new improvements to the Class Notebook add-in for OneNote on the desktop, like the ability for teachers to quickly and easily see updates made by students in the Review Student Work pane.

Box announced the general availability of Box Shuttle, which provides a simple way to migrate large amounts of data to Box. Salesforce announced LiveMessage (formerly known as the company HeyWire), which lets companies communicate with their customers on the mobile messaging apps of their choice. SugarCRM announced the general availability of Sugar 7.8, which comes with new enhancements like team-based permissions and more.

And finally, woof! Zendesk has partnered with BarkBox (the curated monthly box of toys and treats for dogs) to launch the first ever “dog bot” over Twitter Direct Messages. If you have questions about BarkBox, you can interact with a dog via DM on Twitter.
