SaaS Updates Summary: October 22 – October 26

Hello, hello. Things are pretty quiet on the SaaS updates front — not a ton happening this week. Google is adding new Jamboard logs to the Admin console. It’s also adding an option to export a CSV file of room insights data from the Admin console. In Dropbox news, the new Dropbox Paper Timelines feature lets you map out every step of a project and keep everyone on the same page.

New Settings and Connectivity Logs Improve Jamboard Fleet Management
G Suite Updates | Google is adding new Jamboard logs to the Admin console. These will give G Suite admins better visibility into the status of their Jamboards, as well as what actions have been taken on them.

Export a CSV File of Room Insights Data from the Admin Console
G Suite Updates | In August of this year, Google announced the room insights dashboard in the Admin console. Based on user feedback, Google is now adding an option for you to export the raw data for your selected rooms and timeframe from the dashboard as a CSV file.

Plan Out Projects With the New Dropbox Paper Timelines Feature
Dropbox Blog | Timelines let you map out every step of a project and keep everyone on the same page. You can easily create timelines that show ongoing portions of projects by clicking and dragging. You can also customize timeline item colors to better organize information.
