Greetings! There were a few announcements last week: Google introduced 1) new G Suite admin reports to help identify suspicious activity and see the impact of security policy changes; 2) the ability to disable the default “conversation” view in the Gmail Android and iOS apps; 3) the ability to programmatically manage exports with the Google Vault API. And in other news, DocuSign rolled out their new Trust Center, a single source that customers can visit to learn more about legal, privacy, compliance, security, and system performance information related to DocuSign’s System of Agreement.

For more details, read on.

New Insights into User Account Security with G Suite Admin Reports
G Suite Updates | Google is adding new tools to help admins identify suspicious activity and see the impact of security policy changes. G Suite admins can use the reports to audit and set alerts for critical user actions including password changes, two-step verification enabling or disabling, and account recovery info changes (phone number, security questions, and recovery email).

Dial into Hangouts Meet from Eight Additional Markets
G Suite Updates | In October 2017, Google announced the rollout of international Hangouts Meet dial-in phone numbers for G Suite Enterprise domains. They’ve added this functionality for eight additional countries: Argentina (AR), Bulgaria (BG), El Salvador (SV), Georgia (GE), Iceland (IS), Malta (MT), Slovenia (SI), and Thailand (TH).

Programmatically Manage Exports with the Google Vault API
G Suite Updates | With this launch, you can use the Google Vault API to create an export, list exports, get an export, and delete an export.

Disable Conversation View in the Gmail Mobile Apps
G Suite Updates | In Gmail, replies to emails are grouped together as “conversations,” to make them easier to digest and follow. Some users, however, prefer to see each of their emails listed individually in their inbox. Google is now bringing this same feature to the Gmail Android and iOS apps.

Ensuring Your Users Can Access Google Contacts
G Suite Updates | To create a more consistent, streamlined Google Contacts experience, Google is removing the embedded contacts feature in Gmail, which gives users access to their contacts from the top left corner of the UI.

Jamboard Now Available for Purchase in Japan
G Suite Updates | G Suite customers in Japan can now purchase Jamboard for 640,000 JPY, which includes two styluses, an eraser, and a wall mount.

The New DocuSign Trust Center: Trust Starts Here
DocuSign Blog | DocuSign is pleased to introduce their new Trust Center. The DocuSign Trust Center is a single source that customers can visit to learn more about legal, privacy, compliance, security, and system performance information related to DocuSign’s System of Agreement.

Hey Google, What’s the News?
The Keyword | Back at Google I/O, Google launched the new Google News to help you keep up with the news that matters to you. You can choose your preferred news sources from hundreds of national and local broadcasters including CNBC, CNN, Cheddar and more. Just ask, “Hey Google, what’s the news?”
